RE-WORKED PROCEDURES, UPDATED ODDITIES, GENERAL FIXES

Hey folks, got a lot of useful feedback and some more playtesting in, so have updated a bunch if not all procedures so they read better or function a bit differently for an improved experience. 
OVERALL: fixed a lot of syntax and specified whether things like shared cost apply to the team as a whole at once or individual players.
SPECIFICALLY:

Quantum Shuffling now provides players 3 additional War Die once resurrected.

After the SHARED COST is triggered, the increasing disadvantage is reset to -1 and the process repeats for:

• HUMAN POSSESSION
• ZOMBIE BODY
• LIVING PARADOX
• ANDROID SIMULACRUM

SHARED COST is now triggered once every player has at had at least one death or have all died on the same mission for:

• ZOMBIE BODY
• ANDROID SIMULACRUM 

ODDITIES updates include: 

• General Reformatting
• Eight New MUTATING MUTATIONS
•  Two word summaries for for ALTERED PROBABILITIES
• New examples for MINOR GODHOOD's "Dark Truths"
• Added examples for HARDCODED LIMITS
•  Added four new DEFUNCT PHYSIOLOGIES
• Reworked Regeneration Serum Oddities as: REACTIVE BIOLOGY

NEW TRAIT ADDED

• PHOTOGRAPHER: You are skilled with a camera, able to take several key photos in a matter of seconds. While reviewing your photos, you identify a key detail your team missed in the moment. Roll +Tactical to try and understand what you're looking at. The referee will tell you the specifics.  - Digital Camera [record imperceptible sights], +1 TACTICAL                                                                   
• PHASE: made the tattered cloak provide -1 Armor instead of -2
• ROTOR: specified oxygen mask is to BREATHE WHILE INVERTED, not that it is needed 24/7
• RADIOACTIVE: made damage 2D6 instead 1D6+2, but added environmental damage post-once per mission move.
